CNC 5-axis Services
We have improved our workshop into the highest CNC model, a 5-axis machine that can do all the work.
We offer comprehensive CNC cutting in various materials, such as Hardwood, Softwood, MDF, Plywood, Chipboard, Corian, HI-MACS, Acrylic sheets and others.
CNC 4-axis Services
Another powerful machine is a 4-axis CNC model made by Felder, which also serves our company well,
We do less complicated work for it.
This model is also designed for cutting in various materials such as Hardwood, Softwood, MDF, Plywood, Chipboard, Corian, HI-MACS, Acrylic sheets and other materials.
CNC 3-axis Services
This is a 3-axis CNC machine designed to work with flat materials. It can make various types of decorative panels and engravings and cut all kinds of small and large shapes. It is useful for cutting the thinnest materials from 0.3mm up to 70mm.
Beam Saws Services
An automatic saw that we can cut MDF boards, laminated boards, and veneered boards without damaging the laminate or veneer's cut edges. Cutting to size is precise and safe.
Edge Banding Services
This is the most important service for our customers because we can cut the boards to size, veneer or laminate them and finally cover the edges with edging. That is why our workshop must also have a modern edging machine, which provides this service. We can cover the edges with edging in all laminated and veneered boards; we also make edging in solid doors.
Membrane Press Services
We offer the membrane press to our customers who want to glue curved surfaces. This service is perfect for pressing veneered panels, curved workpieces, laminates, and similar materials. The principle of operation is that a vacuum is created under a rubber membrane, which then forms around the workpiece, providing the exact amount of material pressure on the workpiece. The increased temperature under the heating hood accelerates the glue-curing process.
Heated Veneer Press Services
We use a high-pressure press for veneer and laminate on all kinds of material. We can stick veneer and laminate on boards with a flat surface. The press is equipped with heaters, which allow for a quick and precise surface with glued veneer or laminate.
Bandsaw Services
The heavy-duty bandsaw is built with a special feeding system that allows for an extremely high-quality, thin, and accurate cut. It also has the facility to make very thin cuts down to approximately 3mm, making it ideal for cutting thick veneers when producing engineered timber sections or flooring skirting and others.
Wide Belt Sander Services
The wide belt sander is designed for sanding materials with a flat surface with a tolerance of up to 0.1 millimetre, which allows for precise sanding even of veneered surfaces.
Veneer Stitching Services
This machine is designed for precise veneer joining. Invisible threads connect the veneer elements, which then stick to the boards in a pressure press.
Planers Services
We also offer our clients planning services for which we use our planning machines. We can plan all types of soft and hardwood on our machine, and the maximum width is 500mm.
Thickener Services
The machine is designed to process solid wood; it is the second stage of processing solid wood, right after the planer. It allows the material to be planned to the appropriate thickness and width.
